Details

Unfolding Stories of the Garden
Artist: Josh Bilton
Dates: Monday 29 May/Thursday 1 June/Friday 2 June
Times: 10.30am – 12.30pm

During this three-day workshop, families will work to construct a large boat raft in the garden and create their own stories inspired by the garden. Each morning, you will explore stories of woodland creatures and folklore that will inspire you to create your own animal and plant forms through clay, paint and large-scale sculpture. By day three we will be ready to sail our raft in the garden and to perform our stories.

Nature Up Close
Facilitator: Natural History Museum
Date: Tuesday 30 May
Time: 10.30am – 12.30pm

Join staff from the Natural History Museum to create your own nature exploring kit and try a range of fun activities looking at the many ways nature keeps us happy and healthy. This is a special opportunity to help the Natural History Museum develop their new project.
