Maxilla Walk Studios is located in a former nursery building that has been converted to provide 24 artist studios, including self-contained and open-plan spaces. The studios are home to a wide range of artists with diverse practices, contributing to a vibrant creative community.

Maxilla Walk is also home to the ACAVA Makerspace – Maxilla Men’s Shed, where free creative skills courses are offered to adults, and runs local creative programmes such as Flourish and Cultivate Create, which engage families in creative activities. These programmes provide valuable opportunities for local communities to explore art and creativity in a supportive environment.

Maxilla Walk Studios is located under the Westway, close to Latimer Road Station, and is well connected by public transport, with easy access to local bus routes and the Tube. The studios are open 24/7, offering flexible working hours for artists.
