Head of Finance and Administration

The Head of Finance and Administration is a newly defined role with leadership and management responsibilities for the finance and administration teams who will:

  • ensure excellent professional standards and productivity; enabling the CEO to lead the organisation through its next phase of development and growth.
  • working closely with the CEO, ensure that all financial processes are robust, and contribute financial information to business plans, funding applications and proposals including capital developments, creative programmes and other commercial opportunities.
  • as a key member of a small but growing management team, be responsible for the delivery of important objectives focused on profitability and capacity building.

Workshop Technician (London)

We are seeking a Workshop Technician to provide support to ACAVA Maxilla Men’s Shed Manager and Shed attendees to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activity. You will manage and maintain physical resources, tools and machinery in the workshop, implement and maintain health and safety procedures, support participants to realise projects and help ensure space is welcoming and accessible to all.
