ACAVA provides studios in a wide variety of buildings, many converted from industrial factory premises, others from offices and shops, a school, a vicarage, a laundry and potting sheds. It has also built some of the few purpose designed studios developed in recent years.

62 Hetley RoadLondon W12 8BBThe second of the two buildings originally set up as studios in 1976, a converted vicarage with a large garden. Most studios accessed by flights of stairs. The building also houses a living space used for residencies.

Situated under the Westway close to Latimer Road Station, the building also has an exhibition/event space.
